"Mommies Day Out”, An exclusive event for pampering the to be moms held in Sohana Hospital, Mohali to celebrate the spirit of Womanhood. The event was attended by more than 50 attendees. There was a mix of Infotainment sessions along with fun activities. Dr. Sonil Prabhakar, Dr. Ashpi Aloona, Dr. Heena Dhingra from Sohana Hospital shared valuable information about keeping a healthy pregnancy with topics covering diet, myths, exercises in their session. Also, people got to know about the emerging concept of Community Stem Cells banking. The event was concluded by a Ramp walk of Moms to be and Dads to be and they shared their thoughts and feeling of being in Motherhood.
